From price list to signed quote, priced right the first time.
Quovetta builds the quote, checks the configuration, explains every price and gets the discount approved, often from the approver's phone. When the customer says yes, the order goes to Oracle Fusion without retyping a line.
For sales, deal desk and finance teams. Built on Oracle Database and Oracle APEX.
The quote is where margin quietly leaks.
Quotes live in spreadsheets
Every rep keeps a price file. Nobody is sure which one is current, or who changed the formula.
Discounts nobody approved
A big deal goes out at 18% off. Finance finds out at month end, when it can't be undone.
Deals that can't be delivered
A van sold without its charger. Two licences that can't go together. Stock promised twice.
Retyping into the ERP
The accepted quote is keyed into Oracle Fusion again, line by line, with new mistakes.
Configure, price and quote. In one place.
Your catalogue, prices and rules in one system that every rep uses, and that tells approvers exactly why a price is what it is.
Bundles and rules that stop mistakes before the customer sees them
Build bundles with included, default and optional items and option groups. Rules say what a product requires, excludes or recommends, with quantities like "one charger per van". The rep sees the message while quoting, not after the order fails.
- Requires, excludes and recommends, "so many per so many"
- Paste a list of SKUs and quantities to build a long quote in seconds
- Sections, line order and revisions, with the history kept
Every price explained, step by step
Price lists per currency, volume tiers, customer discounts and a floor price per product. Quovetta keeps the price waterfall for each line, so the rep, the approver and finance see the same story: where the price started and what came off.
- Floor prices and margin, visible only to people allowed to see cost
- Rounding rules, VAT and delivery terms per company
- Prices in AED, SAR, USD or any currency, with exchange rates from Fusion
Approvals in minutes, from the approver's phone
An approval matrix up to five levels, per business unit: discount above the rep's limit, price under the floor, margin too low, total above an amount. The rep sees who will approve before submitting. Approvers get a notification and decide in two taps.
- Installs on the phone like an app, with push notifications
- Delegates cover approvers who are away, reminders chase the rest
- Every decision, comment and change in the audit trail

A quote document your customer is happy to sign
Every quote becomes a PDF with your logo, colours, address and tax number, sections and totals, and the terms that fit the deal. Send it from Quovetta and record the customer's answer: accepted with their PO number, or lost with the reason.
- Clause library: terms that appear only when a product, amount or country calls for them
- Your own numbering, per company and document type
- Your brand in front. "Powered by Quovetta" can be removed

Sell what you have, and reserve the exact unit
The product search shows free stock, what is already held and what is arriving, per warehouse. For serial-tracked goods like vehicles, the rep picks the exact unit by VIN, colour and year. Units are held on a draft, reserved on approval and released when a deal is lost or expires.
- Promise dates from stock that is on the way
- No unit is promised to two customers
Fusion data in. Sales orders out.
Quovetta reads your items, customers and prices from Oracle Fusion Cloud, so reps quote from the same data as the rest of the business. When the customer accepts, the quote goes back to Fusion as a sales order.

Your database
Quotes sit in Oracle Database, next to the rest of your data. Report on them with SQL and the tools you already use.
Your team can change it
Rules, prices, approvals and terms are set in screens. Deeper changes use SQL, PL/SQL and APEX, skills that are easy to find.
Every price explained
The waterfall on each line shows reps and approvers where the price came from. No hidden scripts.

Frequently asked
Who is Quovetta for?
Companies that sell products and services with options, discounts and approvals: distributors, automotive and equipment dealers, technology and service companies. It fits best when you run, or are moving to, Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Do we need Oracle Fusion?
No. Quovetta has its own catalogue, customers, price lists and orders, and works on its own. With Fusion connected, it reads that data from Fusion and sends accepted quotes back as sales orders. You choose, per kind of data, where it comes from.
How is Quovetta different from Oracle CPQ?
Oracle CPQ is Oracle's own CPQ product, broad and long-established. Quovetta is an independent alternative from Jadeed Services for Oracle Fusion customers who want their quotes in their own Oracle Database, changed with SQL and APEX skills their team already has, and the Fusion integration ready to use. Quovetta is not an Oracle product.
Can we change rules and prices ourselves?
Yes. Price lists, tiers, floors, bundles, configuration rules, the approval matrix, clauses and document numbering are all set in screens by the people you give those rights to. Every change is in the audit trail.
Does it handle serial-numbered goods like vehicles?
Yes. Units are tracked by serial number or VIN with colour, year, warehouse and arrival date. Reps pick the exact unit on a quote line, and Quovetta holds, reserves and releases it as the quote moves on.
Is it available in Arabic?
Quovetta is in English today. Arabic screens and Arabic quote documents are next on the roadmap.
Where is our data kept?
In Oracle Database, either in our cloud or in your own Oracle Cloud tenancy. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the number of users and where it runs. Request a demo and we will send a proposal for your team.
